Our Facility Energy Audits are designed to identify water & electrical inefficiencies throughout a facility. These audits will uncover opportunities to upgrade and/or enhance systems that reduce a building’s total water and energy costs. Monthly fees equal to 5% to 10% of your current baseline will be used to implement low cost energy upgrades in your buildings. If after the first 12 months we haven’t saved you at least the amount of our fee, we will refund you the difference. Guaranteed 1 year ROI.
